Cancellation and Return Policy

At Aikya, we want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We have designed a comprehensive Cancellation and Return Policy to address any concerns you may have. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation of Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via cs@aikyajewellery.com with your order details. We will initiate the cancellation process promptly.

1.2 Refund for Canceled Orders: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on all products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2.2 Condition of the Product:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original product tags, certificates and packaging.

2.3 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via cs@aikyajewellery.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2.4 Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping cost will be borne by you.

2.5 Refund for Returned Products: Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Gold coins and bars
  • Products returned beyond the specified eligibility period

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
